- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching
- Hands-on with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Cisco Prime
- Experience in Wi-Fi troubleshooting & Wireless Infrastructure
- Good understanding of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS
- Experience with Catalyst switches, ASR/ISR routers
- Knowledge of network monitoring, incident & change management
- Exposure to Cisco ISE (good to have)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day network operations & ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues and provide end-to-end resolution
- Perform configuration, upgrades, patching, and backup management
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth, and capacity
- Handle incidents, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support and guide L1 engineers
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/BE or equivalent
- Certifications like CCNA / CCNP (preferred)
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
