R&D; Executive (Research & Development)

Location: Godhi Village, Near Mandir Hasaud, Raipur (C.G.)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D; Executive to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product development, process optimization, raw material evaluation, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates with experience in Polymer, Chemical, Plastics, Film, Packaging, Adhesives, or Solar Manufacturing industries are preferred.

NOTE – Local candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the product development plans

issued by the leadership, and tracking their progress.

2. Report the development progress to the director on a regular basis, and

Proactively explain the risks of delays and the corresponding solutions.

3. Submit a complete conclusion report after the project is completed, including

experimental data, conclusion analysis, and subsequent suggestions.

4. Actively participate in the pre-production technical review, and clearly convey

the process parameters of the new formula to the production team.

5. Cooperate with the quality department to formulate the inspection standards





for raw materials and the testing norms for product performance.

6. Provide basic technical training to the sales team.

7. Initiate an internal preliminary analysis within 48 hours after receiving

customer complaints.

8. Regularly organize internal technical sharing to help new employees grow.

9. Conduct random inspections of key materials and semi-finished products to

collect brief inspection records.

10. Develop a quality inspection plan every quarter, clearly defining the

inspection priorities.

Requirements

- PhD / M.Sc. in Polymer Science or PGD-PPT (e.g., from CIPET)
- Experience: 3–10 Years in R&D; within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of product development, testing, and process optimization.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
