Job Summary

We are looking for fresher candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications to join as Production Technicians in a manufacturing workplace. The selected candidates will support day-to-day production activities while following safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision.
- Follow production processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Perform basic machine handling and troubleshooting as instructed.
- Maintain quality standards during production.
- Support assembly, inspection, and material handling activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workplace.




- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
- Follow company safety and quality guidelines.

Eligibility

- Freshers only – 0 years of experience.
- ITI candidates from relevant trades are eligible.
- Diploma candidates from any relevant field/discipline are eligible.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Candidates should be willing to work in shifts, if required.
