- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and run onboarding programs for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Payroll & Compliance: Track attendance and leave records, coordinate payroll inputs, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate personnel files and update internal HR databases or HRIS platforms.
- Performance & Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and coordinate employee training or engagement activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven work experience in an HR role.
- Skills: Robust communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
