HR INTERN

Mode: On-site

Location: Vaishali sector 4, Ghaziabad

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed is a plus.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls.

- Assist in interview coordination, onboarding, and documentation.

- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
