About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing healthcare operations team.

This role is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, confidence in handling conversations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with customers and support US healthcare operations, making clear communication, professionalism and service quality important parts of the role.

What You'll Do

- Handle customer interactions professionally through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs, respond to queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with US customers.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards and service guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and process-related information.
- Handle challenging conversations professionally and calmly.
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining service quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Continuously improve communication, process knowledge and customer service skills.

- Clear and confident spoken English.
- Willingness to work in a US night shift.

- Willingness to work from our Perungudi, Chennai office.

Valuable to Have:

- Customer service / Customer support experience.
- International voice process experience.
- US process experience.
- US accent or neutral American-style communication.
- Sales or marketing experience.
- Healthcare / BPO / service industry experience.
