Job Summary

Motia Builders Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design and be proficient in CAD, SketchUp, rendering, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs as per project requirements.
- Create 3D models and realistic architectural renders.
- Assist in design development and presentation of project concepts.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on project requirements.




- Ensure drawings and designs follow project specifications and standards.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
