We are looking for a Sale Engineer who can visit sites, assess painting and civil works, prepare accurate estimates, convert assessments into sales, oversee quality control, and manage client communication to maintain a high conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit sites to assess painting and civil work requirements
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and scope clarifications
- Explain estimates to clients and convert assessments into orders
- Coordinate with operations for execution planning
- Monitor work quality and ensure QC standards
- Update clients on progress and handle queries professionally
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil or related field
- Experience in painting, civil works, or interior fit-outs
- Strong estimation, client handling, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Experience: 1–5 years
Type: Full time | Field role
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
