Job Summary

Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a GeM Bidding Analyst with solid hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM), government tenders, and e-procurement portals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete government bidding lifecycle for Abhigyaan, our VR/XR immersive learning platform, including tender identification, bid qualification, documentation, submission, Reverse Auctions, contract processing, CRAC, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in GeM Custom/BOQ bids, Reverse Auctions, CPPP/state e-procurement portals, tender documentation, and government procurement compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender Discovery & Analysis

- Monitor GeM, CPPP, Maharashtra e-Procurement and other central/state government tender portals.
- Identify relevant tenders in Education, IT, EdTech, ICT, Smart Classrooms, VR/AR Labs, E-Learning, Training and Skilling.
- Conduct Bid/No-Bid analysis based on eligibility, turnover, experience, EMD, ATC, technical requirements and commercial viability.
- Maintain and regularly update the tender pipeline tracker.

GeM Bidding

- Manage the company's GeM seller account and ensure portal compliance.
- Create and maintain product/service catalogues.
- Handle Custom Bids, BOQ-based bids and service bids.
- Manage complete bid submission processes, including technical and financial documentation.
- Participate in GeM Reverse Auctions and coordinate pricing decisions with the Sales Lead.
- Handle clarifications, representations and other GeM communications.

Bid Documentation

- Prepare complete and compliant tender submissions.
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements,



deviation statements and other required documents.
- Coordinate with internal Technical and Finance teams for:
- Technical specifications
- Product datasheets
- Turnover documents
- Solvency documents
- Banking documents
- GST/statutory documents
- Authorisation letters
- EMD-related documents
- Past-performance certificates

Commercial Coordination

- Prepare tender costing and pricing sheets using MS Excel.
- Coordinate pricing for hardware, software, content, training, warranty/AMC and implementation.
- Support competitive L1 pricing strategies.
- Analyse commercial viability before bid submission.

Government Liaison & Follow-up

- Coordinate with government departments, buyers and tender authorities.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions when required.
- Follow up for technical evaluation, demonstrations, order issuance and contract acceptance.
- Coordinate post-award activities including delivery, CRAC, invoicing and payment follow-up.

Post-Award Management

- Track government orders from award to payment realization.
- Follow up for CRAC (Consignee Receipt & Acceptance Certificate).
- Manage GeM invoice submission and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of government orders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce, Engineering or Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in GeM bidding/government tendering.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Custom Bids, BOQ Bids and Reverse Auctions.
- Experience with CPPP and state government e-procurement portals.




- Proven experience in government tender submissions and preferably tender wins.
- Strong knowledge of:
- GeM seller workflows
- Tender eligibility criteria
- ATC clauses
- EMD/PBG requirements
- Government procurement compliance
- Bid documentation
- Strong MS Excel skills for costing and tender tracking.
- Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- English and Hindi required.
- Marathi will be an added advantage.
