We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Team Leader (TL) to manage and drive field operations for OPPO across West Bengal. The role will be responsible for team handling, promoter management, dealer relationship management, sales execution, market intelligence and overall store performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and motivate a field team, and a strong understanding of retail/mobile sales operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,603.02 per month
