- Handle travel enquiries from customers in the Australian market.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight and travel options.
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and fare enquiries.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, baggage, and airline policies.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain qualified communication with Australian customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams when required.
- Achieve individual and team sales/performance targets.

Requirements

- Atleast 1-2 years experience as a Travel Consultant, Ticketing Agent,



Travel Agent, or in International Travel is preferred.
- Experience with the Australia Travel Process will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of international flight ticketing and reservations.
- GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
