Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our team at the Kochi office.
This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, research projects, and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and assist in civil, criminal, and corporate cases before the High Court, District Court, and other forums.
- Prepare drafts, pleadings, legal opinions, and agreements with precision and legal accuracy.
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis to support ongoing matters and advisory work.
- Attend client meetings, record case updates, and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, filings, and hearing preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and assist in case management workflows.
- Support senior lawyers and partners in litigation, corporate, and advisory assignments.
- Uphold professional ethics, client confidentiality, and firm standards in all operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: LL.B.



(mandatory); LL.M. or additional certifications in corporate/cyber/commercial law preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of practice experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken & written). Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing systems, and legal documentation tools.
- Professional, punctual, and proactive attitude towards work and learning.

Compensation:

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience, performance, and specialization).
