Shree Radhe Krishna Industries LLP is looking for an experienced Plant Incharge to lead our complete chair manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, quality management, manpower handling, cost control, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing processes.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build high-performing teams while ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including:

- CNC/VMC Programming
- Pipe Cutting & Bending
- Robotic/MIG/TIG Welding
- AUTOCAD (2D/3D)
- Solidworks
- Powder Coating
- Upholstery
- Chair Assembly
- Packaging
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and plant productivity.
- Reduce production downtime and eliminate bottlenecks.

Production Planning & Process Improvement

- Develop production schedules based on customer demand.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and TPM.
- Optimize manpower utilization and workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement projects across departments.

Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Monitor process quality at every stage of manufacturing.
- Ensure products meet BIFMA and international furniture standards wherever applicable.





Team Leadership

- Lead and develop department heads, supervisors, engineers, and operators.
- Conduct daily production review meetings.
- Build a performance-driven work culture.
- Train employees on SOPs, quality systems, and safety practices.

Maintenance & Engineering

- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Plan installation of current machinery and production lines.
- Support automation and process modernization initiatives.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, EHS, and safety regulations.
- Promote a zero-accident culture.
- Implement 5S and workplace safety initiatives.

Required QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience

- 8–10+ years in manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 2-3+ years in a Plant Incharge role.
- Experience in Chair, Furniture, Fabrication, or Automotive Manufacturing preferred.
