Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and communication-skilled Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join our faculty recruitment consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified teaching and academic professionals for schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and educational organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source suitable faculty and teaching professionals through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements for different faculty positions and academic subjects.
- Screen candidates based on qualification, teaching experience, subject expertise, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate between candidates and educational institutions/clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, joining, and documentation.
- Build and maintain a robust network of qualified faculty professionals.




- Meet recruitment targets and maintain timely candidate closures.
- Develop a clear understanding of faculty requirements across different subjects and academic levels.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English speaking and writing ability.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work with recruitment portals, Google Sheets, email, and social media.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in faculty recruitment, education consultancy, HR recruitment, staffing, academic recruitment, or educational sales will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
