Manager (Marketing)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly hands-on Manager (Marketing) to strengthen brand presence and drive impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will independently lead events, experiential marketing, content, design, digital presence, policy communication, and investor engagement initiatives from ideation to execution. This role is key to building a strong market presence, creating meaningful stakeholder experiences, and elevating the Presolv360 brand across key audiences.

Key responsibilities:

Events & Experiential Marketing

- Independently plan, organize, and execute events end-to-end — venue selection, logistics, stall design, and vendor coordination — without relying on third-party agencies.
- Design and manage stall layouts and on-ground branding for conferences, summits, and industry events.
- Identify and lead participation in relevant events for lead generation, aligning event strategy with sales goals.

Design & Content

- Independently design event collaterals, banners, and marketing assets using Canva and AI design tools.
- Periodically redesign and revamp sales decks to keep them current, sharp, and aligned with business priorities.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, articles, case studies, one-pagers) tailored for enterprise audiences.

Brand & Digital Presence

- Build and grow the organization's and leadership team's visibility on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop a consistent content calendar and thought-leadership strategy for founders/leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Drive investor engagement initiatives, including communication materials and event touchpoints.
- Design and run initiatives to recognize and reward "champions" within enterprises that partner with Presolv360.
- Support investor communication and engagement through the creation of presentations, updates, event experiences,



and other relevant communication materials.
- Coordinate investor-focused initiatives and touchpoints, ensuring a qualified, consistent, and engaging brand experience.

Core Competencies

- Self-starter with the ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Strong design sensibility with hands-on proficiency in Canva and AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills — able to craft compelling content for enterprise/B2B audiences.
- Proven experience organizing corporate events independently — venue negotiation, logistics management, vendor coordination (printers, fabricators, caterers, etc.) — without agency support.
- Understanding of stall/booth design principles and on-ground brand execution.
- Experience building or revamping sales decks and enterprise-facing collateral.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation through events and networking.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn as a brand-building and thought-leadership platform (personal + organizational).
