As we expand our online presence, we’re looking for an organized, proactive E-Commerce operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations on our e-commerce platforms.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce operation Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects of online order fulfillment — from order receipt to final delivery. You’ll ensure timely dispatch, accurate packaging, coordination with logistics partners, and flawless post-sale management for both website and marketplace orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process all daily online orders via Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatching orders on time.
- Monitor shipping dashboards, generate manifests & invoices, and ensure courier pickups.
- Track order status, handle NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), RTOs, and re-dispatch requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory updates and coordinate with the stock & catalog teams.
- Ensure high order accuracy and customer satisfaction through attention to detail.




- Communicate with courier partners for issue resolution and escalations.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly order MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with customer care for order-related queries and returns.

Requirements

- Graduate (Commerce or Business preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce order operations / logistics management.
- Familiar with Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Pickrr, or similar tools.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and data tracking.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Eye for detail, accuracy, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,743.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
