- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment, preferably within an IT services, consulting, or staffing organization.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submission, interview coordination, follow-up, and offer closure.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, candidate databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Be well-versed with major job portals and recruitment platforms, with the ability to effectively search, filter, and identify relevant profiles.
- Understand technical job descriptions and effectively identify candidates across technologies such as Java, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and other IT skill sets.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to assess candidates' technical background, experience, communication skills, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate availability,



and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, interview status, submissions, follow-ups, and closures in recruitment trackers/ATS systems.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Be a self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive recruiter who can work independently while contributing effectively to the recruitment team.
- Solid learning ability, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and willingness to work from the office every day are essential for success in this role.
