Job Overview

House of Candy is looking for a creative and experienced Retail Outlet & Packaging Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. The candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing retail outlets, kiosks, displays, packaging, and other brand communication materials.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of FMCG packaging and retail design, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to take a concept from initial idea through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging FMCG retail outlets, kiosks, counters, displays, and promotional spaces.
- Develop innovative packaging concepts for gift boxes, mono cartons, tins, sleeves, labels, and other packaging formats.
- Create detailed 2D layouts, technical drawings, mock-ups, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop design concepts in line with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Prepare artwork and files suitable for printing and production.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, merchandising, and production teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabricators to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Create realistic 3D renders and presentations for retail and packaging concepts.
- Research current trends in retail design, packaging, branding, and FMCG consumer experiences.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality, creativity, and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Graphic Design,



Product Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in retail, packaging, FMCG, graphic, or 3D design.
- Solid experience in FMCG retail outlet and kiosk design.
- Good knowledge of packaging structures, materials, printing processes, and production requirements.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Blender
- Rhino
- Revit
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent visualization and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand dimensions, layouts, materials, and production requirements.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail, packaging, FMCG, and/or 3D design projects.
