Experience :

'- Graduate degree in Engineering

- Additionally Masters in Business Administration in Sales & Marketing is an advantage
- Experience of around 18+ years in exports sales and marketing preferably in industrial or engineering product sector
- Should possess a minimum of 10 years experience from the auto component industry
- Should have demonstrated experience in developing new business / customer accounts / geographies
- Proven ability to build sound customer relationships

Job description:

1. Develop and implement the marketing and sales strategy, plan for exports vertical in alignment to the divisional business plan
2. Drive achievement of sales targets across customer accounts and geographies
3. Liaise with key customers and ensure sales delivery as per the business plan
4.



Responsible for generating recent business opportunities in overseas markets
5. Collaborate for new product development process for overseas customers

6. Be responsible for managing the exports marketing and sales team
