Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven AR Caller to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outstanding accounts receivable, following up with insurance companies regarding claim status, and ensuring timely resolution of unpaid or denied claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance follow-ups on outstanding claims through calls and online portals.
- Check claim status and identify the reason for pending, denied, or rejected claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues.
- Analyze and work on AR aging reports to prioritize outstanding accounts.
- Identify denial reasons and coordinate for appropriate claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities and claim status.
- Contact insurance payers regarding underpayments, non-payments, and claim discrepancies.




- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts as per the defined productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate unresolved claims and complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific processes.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes and claim life cycle.
- Experience in handling denials, claim status, aging accounts, and insurance follow-ups.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet process targets.
- Willingness to work in US shift / night shift.
