- Making & Maintaining Quality related documents and reports.
- Performing Inspection and Testing at several stages as per relevant International Standard and Quality Plan.
- Handling Non-conformities by using various Quality Tools.
- Study and implement several International & National Standards to meet & improve Product Quality, in addition with this assist in Product Development.
- Coordinating with Top Management & Organize & Represent the Review Meeting.
- Handling Customer’s Audit along with Customer complaints.
- Work on Vendor/OEM Approval & Validation.
- Performed & Witnessed Type Test of Products from external authorized laboratories like ERDA, CPRI, NEC etc.

Experience & Knowledge

- Should have minimum 2 yrs experience in Quality Assurance- Establish Standards, Develop & Implement.
- Effective & Productive Planning and Allocation of Resources.
- Standardization of product manufacturing process unit with Bill of Material.
- Inventory forecast of raw materials by forecasting requirements, based on hand work and historical data.
- Should have experience on System, Create methodologies & evaluation of processes.
- Should have been involved in Process Improvement- Optimizing production processes, ensuring reliable & effective process
- Should have worked on at least one Product & Process Development cycle.
- Knowledge of Cost Optimization, Resource Management
- Knowledge of Vendor/OEM Management- Development, Assessment & Validation.
- Knowledge of Production Planning & Execution will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Productivity Analysis, Audit Handling, Nonconformity Handling, Cost Benefit Analysis & Capital Budgeting.
- Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Products line Panels/ Busducts etc.




- Knowledge of Electrical IS/IEC standard.
- Should have worked on Bus-duct Trunking & Electrical Panel manufacturing plant.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office, Auto-cad & ERP.
- Minimum Qualification required is Diploma/ Btech in Electrical Engineering .
- Maintaining records of daily Production activity and evaluation of statistics to study Cycle Time

Skills:

- Use of various tools & charts to make
- Excellent problem resolution skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Very good in Electrical design & Calculations & methods.
- Should have good command on various tools like Stratification, Histogram.
- Check sheet (tally sheet),Cause and effect diagram (fishbone or Ishikawa diagram) , Pareto chart (80-20 rule), Scatter diagram (Shewhart chart), Control chart.
- Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to take care of revision as per customers / Clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,977.20 - ₹39,477.56 per month
