HR Intern – BPO Recruitment

Job Summary

Kronix E-Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible only for BPO recruitment activities and will support the hiring process for various BPO positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment for BPO/call centre positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with HR/management regarding interview and selection updates.
- Ensure candidates are properly informed about job roles, salary, shifts and joining requirements.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements

- Candidate must be from Delhi NCR only.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior BPO recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable working completely from office.

Office Timing

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
