Location- Ultadanga

Experience- 1 to 8 years

Education- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech

Required skills-

1.Good knowledge of MS Office

2. Good communication skill

3. Report preparation

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring SLA compliance
- Log alerts, raise tickets, and escalate to senior engineers when required.
- Improve fault handling efficiency.
- Oversee the monitoring - OFC, ISP, IRU, Infra etc.
