Join our Investment Operations team within Macquarie Asset Management, where you will support global investment activity across a collaborative and high-performing middle office workplace. You will help ensure trade lifecycle processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with operational, market and regulatory expectations.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support trade confirmation, affirmation, settlement and post-trade oversight across a range of asset classes. You will work with brokers, counterparties, custodians, fund administrators, investment teams and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions, manage settlement risks and contribute to continuous improvement as the Gurugram capability expands to support global middle office operations.

What you offer

- Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, business, economics or a related discipline, with relevant experience in investment operations, trade support, middle office, custody or asset management.

Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, confirmation, affirmation, allocation, settlement, fails management and post-settlement reconciliation.

Working knowledge of one or more asset classes such as fixed income, equities, derivatives or foreign exchange,



including related settlement conventions across global markets.

Ability to investigate and resolve trade exceptions, settlement fails, cash and stock breaks, unmatched trades and reconciliation differences while escalating risks appropriately.

Experience with systems and market utilities such as BlackRock Aladdin, DTCC CTM, DTCC ALERT, Markit Wire, GTSS, Bloomberg, SWIFT, and custodian portals will be advantageous.
