Duties
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage purchase orders using ERP systems.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier performance for audit and review purposes.
- Develop solid vendor management relationships to foster reliable supply sources and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
- Diploma/BE Electrical Candidate with 6 -10 yrs of experience in procurement
