Issuance and receiving of Raw material and Packing Material and do the checking and counting regularly

1 To work with vendors to ensure that stocks are delivered on time

Must see that all labels are there on the material

2 To verify that the physical stock quantity matches the invoice or Delivery Challan quantity

3 Check the material expiring dates before unloading process is started.

4 To return or quarantine any stock that is not as per the quality standards based on recommendations from quality teams

5 To communicate with warehouse manager if any stock is rejected for necessary action

6 To get the area cleaned after receiving activity

7 To pass on approved stocks to warehousing department

8 To share the received stock reports with warehousing and purchase department

9 To sign the invoices and create material received notes against stocks received

10 To ensure that weighing scales are calibrated before every receiving activity





12 To inform quarantine any expired/spoilt or unusable stock and maintain quarantine register for the same

13 To ensure that all packaged stocks adhere to FSSAI labelling requirements

14 To mention use by date on open stocks like vegetables as per recommendations given by quality department

15 Dispose or return quarantined stocks after confirmation from quality and purchasing teams

16 Maintain FIFO and Metal Deduction Record

17 To Maintain proper hygiene setting.

18 All Standard SOP to be followed.

19 Ensure all workers are in uniform & cap & mask & hand glouse. Nobody without proper cap & mask in warehouse.

20 Ensure no foreign particle in Raw material by sorting sieving.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
