About the Role

Colors Queen is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in short-form video content, especially Beauty, Personal Care & Cosmetics, and should be able to transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing content for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Instagram videos, YouTube Shorts, product videos and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage for beauty, makeup, skincare and cosmetic campaigns.
- Create engaging videos with strong hooks, transitions, captions, music, sound effects and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce and Creative teams.
- Understand social media trends and create content aligned with current formats and audience preferences.
- Maintain brand consistency in terms of visuals, typography, colors, transitions and overall editing style.
- Edit influencer-generated content and UGC for paid and organic campaigns.
- Create multiple variations of videos for performance marketing and advertising.
- Ensure videos are delivered within defined timelines.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files and raw footage properly.

Required Skills

- Mandatory: Solid knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.




- Proficiency in video editing, color correction, audio editing and basic motion graphics.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content formats.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, composition and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work with raw footage and independently develop the final edit.
- Good understanding of beauty, cosmetics and personal-care content.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care & Cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Candidates with a robust portfolio of Reels, UGC, influencer content and product videos will be given preference.
- Should be creative, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
