Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, cash, and petty cash.
- Books, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments by branch.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely GST/VAT, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records.




- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Support administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
- Prepare audit schedules and monthly bank reconciliation schedules.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) scrutiny to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Review and reconcile vendor remuneration/payments.
- Prepare audit reconciliations and support the completion of internal and external audits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
