Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our dealer and distributor network, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue across our pipe and fittings product range.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and onboard current dealers/distributors in assigned territory

· Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners

· Liaise with government contractors, PWD/municipal bodies, and consultants for tender and institutional business

· Handle sales for both private projects (builders, contractors, retail) and public/government projects ( infrastructure works)

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

· Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing

· Coordinate with production/dispatch for timely order fulfillment





· Handle collections and payment follow-ups

· Report sales activity and pipeline to management

Candidate Requirements

· 3–5 years of sales experience in pipes & fittings (preferred)

· Candidates with building material sales experience (tiles, cement, hardware, sanitaryware, etc.) will also be considered

· Prior experience dealing with government contractors, PWD/tender processes, or public infrastructure projects preferred

· Exposure to both private and public sector project sales is a plus

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

· Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

· Tamil and English fluency required; Hindi/Malayalam is a plus

Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, base on experience, plus applicable incentives/travel allowance (specify if any).
