Position Overview

- Role: Telecalling Intern
- Nature: Entry-level / Internship

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients or customers based on provided lists.
- Pitch & Promote: Explain company products, services, or offers clearly using provided communication scripts.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch solutions, and qualify prospective leads for the core sales team.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-up calls with interested or pending clients.
- Data Management: Record customer feedback, update interaction logs, and manage call records accurately in CRM software or MS-Excel.

Requirements & Skills

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and the local/regional language




- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection gracefully.
- Tech Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS-Office or CRM tools.
- Education: Open to current students or recent graduates (12th, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree)

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
