We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and target-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our India office and support our growing Saudi market sales operations.

Position: Assistant Sales Manager – India Sales Office

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Sales Manager in managing and monitoring the India sales team.

* Manage and coordinate Sales Coordinators and Sales Executives.

* Monitor daily sales activities, leads, enquiries and RFQs.

* Ensure all leads are assigned and followed up within the required timeline.

* Coordinate closely with the Saudi Business Development Team.

* Review and coordinate quotations, proposals and customer requirements.

* Monitor the sales pipeline and conversion opportunities.

* Conduct daily team follow-ups and performance reviews.

* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates.

* Coordinate with estimation, design, technical, procurement and project teams.

* Support customer communication, meetings and negotiations.

* Identify new sales opportunities and improve lead conversion.

* Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.





* Take responsibility for ensuring that no sales enquiry or opportunity is missed.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or sales coordination.

* Experience managing or supervising a sales team is preferred.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong leadership, follow-up and coordination abilities.

* Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and sales reporting.

* Strong English communication skills.

* Experience dealing with Saudi/GCC customers is an advantage.

* Experience in LED displays, digital signage, signage, advertising, construction, interior fit-out or technology sales is an advantage.

* Ability to work according to Saudi business hours when required.
