Job Description – B2B Sales Executive / Sales Engineer (Work from Office only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales professional responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling industrial clients and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through references, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Technical, Production, Purchase, Service, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, industrial events, and business development activities.
- Provide regular sales reports, visit reports, pipeline reports, and target achievement reports to management.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Candidates with technical/industrial sales experience will be preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales / Corporate Sales.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered for suitable positions.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Industrial Products, Hydraulics, Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, Machinery, Automation, Pneumatics, or related B2B industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
