Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of hostel residents.
- Maintain hostel discipline, rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
- Ensure the safety and security of students within the hostel premises.
- Monitor student attendance, in/out movements, leave, and permissions.
- Maintain hostel registers, records, room allotment, and student details.
- Conduct regular rounds and inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Address student complaints, grievances, and welfare-related issues promptly.
- Report serious disciplinary, safety, or behavioural issues to the concerned authorities.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians, faculty, security, housekeeping, and administration when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Monitor hostel food quality and coordinate with the mess/canteen team regarding student concerns.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate medical assistance when required.
- Ensure compliance with hostel timings, study hours, visitors' rules, and other hostel regulations.




- Prevent and report incidents involving bullying, ragging, violence, substance abuse, or misconduct.
- Support student welfare activities and create a positive residential environment.
- Coordinate maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to the Hostel Administrator/Management.
- Perform any other hostel-related duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in hostel administration, student affairs, residential supervision, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining hostel records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
