Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer with robust experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant design. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks and Creo and capable of preparing engineering drawings, equipment layouts and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D & 3D engineering drawings for WTP, STP, ETP, RO and other water treatment systems.
- Develop equipment layouts, GA drawings, fabrication drawings and assembly drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings for tanks, piping, skids, structures and treatment equipment.
- Create and modify 3D models using SolidWorks and Creo.
- Prepare AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings based on engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with Process, Project, Production and Site teams for design requirements.
- Review drawings and ensure dimensional and technical accuracy.
- Prepare BOM, material specifications and fabrication-related drawings.
- Modify drawings based on site requirements and engineering changes.
- Ensure drawings are prepared according to project specifications and company standards.

Required Skills





- AutoCAD 2D & 3D – Mandatory
- SolidWorks – Mandatory
- Creo – Preferred
- Knowledge of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant equipment and systems
- Knowledge of piping, tanks, pumps, valves and mechanical equipment.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication practices.
- Ability to read P&ID;, GA and mechanical drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in WTP / STP / ETP / RO / MEE / wastewater treatment equipment design.
- Experience in fabrication drawing and mechanical equipment design will be an added advantage.
