Position: Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to manage and execute interior projects at Bangalore Airport. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in commercial, airport, hospitality, retail, or high-end interior fit-out projects and be capable of independently handling projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complete interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, manpower requirements, and material plans.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Supervise civil, architectural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, and other interior works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Review drawings and coordinate with design and technical teams for timely resolution of site issues.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower productivity, and overall project budget.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure timely deployment of manpower and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Identify project risks, delays,



and execution issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable airport/site regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, measurement records, and handover documents.
- Coordinate with airport authorities and other stakeholders wherever required.
- Ensure snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final handover are completed smoothly.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out / Project Management.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale commercial, hospitality, retail, airport, or similar projects.
- Experience in handling multiple teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, MEP coordination, drawings, BOQ, and project execution.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and meet strict project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/reporting tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates with previous airport project experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on project leader who can manage site execution independently, coordinate multiple stakeholders, control project timelines and costs, and ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.

Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
