Job Title: Network Coordinator
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC Range: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Coordinator to coordinate, monitor, and support network operations at our Noida location. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating network activities, monitoring network performance, managing field teams, and ensuring the timely resolution of network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities related to network and optical fiber operations.
- Monitor network performance, alarms, outages, and service availability.
- Coordinate with field engineers for fault identification and restoration.
- Track and follow up on network faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, ISPs, and internal technical teams.
- Maintain and update network documentation, fault reports, escalation records, and daily reports.
- Monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Support network teams in troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network equipment.
- Assist in managing network uptime and ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
- Escalate critical network issues to the concerned technical teams and management.
- Prepare MIS reports related to network operations, outages, restoration, and pending activities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and network upgrade activities.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the NOC, field teams, vendors, and management.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Optical Fiber Network operations will be an added advantage.
- Solid coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Experience

Preferred Experience: 1 to 5 years in Telecom, ISP, Networking, NOC, Optical Fiber Network operations, or a similar coordination role.

Candidates with experience in network coordination, field coordination, fault management, NOC operations, telecom projects, or vendor coordination will be preferred.

Compensation

Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, coordination skills, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Telecom, ISP, NOC, or Network Operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and teams simultaneously.
- Comfortable coordinating with field teams, customers, and vendors.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
