Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Design and execute structured onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
2. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace disputes.
- Conduct investigations and draft formal documentation (e.g., show-cause notices, warning letters, performance improvement plans).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work culture.
3. Performance Management & Appraisals
- Implement and manage the annual/quarterly performance appraisal system.
- Work with managers to establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target objectives.
- Oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and manage underperformance constructively.
4. Compliance & Policy Development
- Formulate, update, and enforce company HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks.
- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, employment standards, and statutory regulations.
- Manage HR documentation,
statutory compliance records, and official correspondence.
5. Operations, Payroll & Benefits
- Oversee HR administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS database.
- Manage employee benefits, health insurance, and workplace welfare initiatives.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, legal compliance, and HR best practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, diplomacy, and discretion handling sensitive employee data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and data reporting tools.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
