We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Unisex Hairdresser to join our salon team. The candidate should be confident in providing skilled hair services for both men and women while maintaining high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-dry, ironing, and other hair services for men and women.
- Provide hair colouring, highlights, global colour, balayage, and other colour services.
- Perform hair spa, treatments, smoothening, keratin, and other professional hair services.
- Conduct basic hair and scalp consultations and recommend suitable services/products.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver services according to their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
- Handle salon tools and equipment safely and professionally.
- Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.




- Recommend suitable hair-care products and services when appropriate.
- Stay updated with current hairstyles, trends, techniques, and salon services.
- Maintain professional behaviour and a positive attitude with clients and team members.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a unisex hairdresser/hair stylist preferred.
- Good knowledge of men's and women's haircuts and styling.
- Knowledge of hair colouring and chemical treatments will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Freshers with relevant salon/hair-styling training may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
