Responsibilities and Roles

Visit factory premises and coordinate with admin, production, maintenance, and safety teams for shoot scheduling.

Capture high-quality video footage of machinery operations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety drills, work instructions, etc.

Use proper lighting, angles, and framing to highlight key process elements clearly.

Ensure all safety protocols and permissions are followed during shooting inside operational areas.

Edit raw footage into qualified videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Add voice-over, subtitles, titles, transitions, and branding elements such as the company logo and intro/outro slides.

Trim and enhance videos for clarity, accuracy,



and engagement.

Compress and export videos in suitable formats for different platforms, including training LMS, internal drives, WhatsApp, etc.

Work closely with production supervisors, trainers, and safety officers to understand process flow and script requirements.

Assist in creating storyboards, shot lists, and video scripts as per factory standards.

Maintain organized archives of all raw footage, edited content, and version history.

Operate and maintain cameras, tripods, stabilizers, lighting kits, microphones, and other relevant gear.

Ensure all equipment is stored safely and used responsibly.
