Role Overview

KNAV is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to head Global IT Operations. This role will be responsible for building a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment that supports KNAV’s global teams and clients. The ideal candidate blends operational excellence with forward-thinking innovation, ensuring technology is a true business enabler.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead KNAV’s global IT operations across infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user services
- Design and execute a robust IT strategy aligned with KNAV’s growth, digital transformation, and client delivery goals
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT systems and platforms
- Drive cybersecurity strategy, governance, and compliance (including data protection and regulatory standards)
- Lead cloud strategy (migration, optimization, cost management) across platforms such as Azure/AWS
- Oversee IT service management (ITSM), ensuring strong SLAs, user experience, and support models
- Manage global IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships
- Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency, system uptime,



and service delivery
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global IT team
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and client service
- Lead disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and risk mitigation initiatives

Key Requirements

- 15–20+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams
- Proven experience in skilled services, consulting, or financial services environments preferred
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and network architecture
- Experience implementing and managing IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to scale IT operations in a growing, global organization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track record of driving digital transformation and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
