About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Repurchase Executive (Remote) to engage with existing and potential customers, understand their requirements, assist with product-related questions, and support repeat purchases through timely communication and follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has good communication skills, and is comfortable working towards sales and performance goals.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with existing and interested customers through outbound calls.
- Reach out to customers who have shown interest but haven't completed their purchase.
- Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products.
- Share details about products, pricing, offers, payment methods, and delivery.
- Assist customers with common questions related to orders, payments, returns, and replacements.
- Follow up with customers at the appropriate time.
- Record customer conversations and updates accurately in the CRM.




- Address customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Work towards assigned productivity, quality, and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ months of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.
- Personal laptop/desktop with a working webcam.
- Reliable internet connection for work from home.
