Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Process Manager who evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors, and controls business processes across delivery teams. You’ll work to ensure that process outcomes stay in harmony with the organisation’s strategic goals, identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and helping teams adopt better ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Own real-time monitoring, tracking, documenting, and communicating activity across multiple lines of business.
- Coordinate and collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the production environment; recommend procedural and operational changes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare intra-day and end-of-day client and internal reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data.
- Make sound decisions related to data collection, data analysis, methodologies, and study design.
- Communicate and interact regularly with project managers and development teams across project stages.
- Identify business process challenges by analysing process data and metrics.
- Design Excel-based and coding-based templates to simplify reporting for the company.
- Communicate with clients and leadership to evaluate their needs and specifications.
- Support leaders in planning and implementing strategy.




- Monitor and identify changing business trends and develop corresponding forecasts.
- Build models to solve complex operational problems and simulate strategic scenarios.
- Handle and publish critical reports to top management and to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in process control, business management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Process Manager.
- Comprehensive grasp of current business and process management software.
- Competency to assess cost-saving opportunities and improvement strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead multiple individuals and coordinate projects.
- Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Sound understanding of process frameworks such as CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile/Scrum.
- Good understanding of various delivery life cycles.
- Knowledge of project/portfolio management tools such as MS Project.
- Strong technical background and quality communication skills.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 process modelling and tools such as Bizagi, IBM Blueworks Live, or ARIS.
- Exposure to process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
- Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of SQL for process data extraction and analysis.
- Awareness of how generative AI can augment process analysis and reporting.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or CBPP certification.

Eligibility

- 4+ years of relevant process management experience.
- Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
