Branch Head / Branch Manager – Insurance Broking

Accurate Risk Managers & Insurance Brokers

Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Insurance Broking / General Insurance, with relevant experience in managing a branch or business unit.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations, business development, and revenue growth.

- Drive new business, renewals, cross-selling, and achievement of branch targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch team to ensure productivity and target achievement.

- Oversee client servicing, renewals, operational processes, and timely resolution of escalations.

- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.

- Monitor MIS,



business performance, and ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.

*Key Skills :

- Strong leadership and team management

- Business development & client relationship management

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Robust knowledge of General Insurance / Insurance Broking

- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving

- Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
