Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, event management, and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell our ATL, BTL, branding, event management, advertising, and promotional services.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update client/project status.
- Coordinate with the operations and creative teams for smooth project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or other relevant qualifications may also apply.




- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in ATL/BTL marketing, branding, advertising, and promotional activities will be a strong plus.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
