About the Role:

CellHéx Aesthetics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Business Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong professional relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. The candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, medical/pharma sales, or a similar client-facing role.

Candidates from a Pharma background will be preferred. However, candidates from other relevant streams with proven experience in sales, business development, or doctor/client relationship management may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits and meetings with doctors and potential clients.
- Identify new doctors, clinics, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and effectively present the company's aesthetic and dermatology-related products and solutions.
- Generate leads and convert potential opportunities into business.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure strong relationship management with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or business solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and business development opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client support.
- Prepare and share regular reports related to business development and field activities.
- Travel across assigned territories as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Medical Sales, Pharma Sales, or a similar role.
- Candidates from a Pharma background will be preferred.
- Candidates from other streams may also apply if they have relevant sales or business development experience.
- Experience in dealing with dermatologists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding or exposure to the dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, medical, or healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Location & Travel Requirement

The role will cover East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Meerut.

Candidates currently based in East Delhi, Noida,



or Ghaziabad will be preferred and should be comfortable travelling to Meerut and other assigned locations as required.

Role in detail:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Executive to manage and expand our business across East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Meerut.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting and developing relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, presenting our products and solutions, managing regular follow-ups, and achieving assigned business targets.

Candidates with a Pharma background will be preferred. However, candidates from other relevant streams with at least 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Medical Sales, Pharma Sales, or a similar role may also apply. Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, healthcare, or doctor relationship management will be an added advantage.

Candidates should preferably be based in East Delhi, Noida, or Ghaziabad and must be comfortable travelling across East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Meerut as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
