Job Description – Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into practical solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management and documentation skills. Hands-on experience with Zoho applications will be an added advantage, particularly in understanding workflows, business processes, reporting, and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements through discussions with stakeholders and end users.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
- Convert business requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, user stories, and use cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, management, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Prepare process maps, workflows, requirement matrices, and functional documentation.
- Analyse data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and business insights.
- Support implementation, testing, UAT, and validation of business solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during UAT and ensure issues are properly documented and followed through to closure.
- Monitor implemented solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimisation.
- Work closely with Zoho or other business applications to understand configurations, workflows, reports, and system requirements.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards,



and management reports wherever required.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of business requirements and processes.

Zoho Experience – Preferred

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Zoho People
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Books or other Zoho applications

Experience in workflow configuration, automation, reporting, integrations, or implementation support will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong business and process analysis skills
- Excellent requirement-gathering and documentation skills
- Good understanding of SDLC / Agile methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and UAT documentation
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse data and prepare meaningful reports
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements/projects

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA / PG qualification in Business Analytics, IT, or Management will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who can understand the business problem before jumping to the solution. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with business stakeholders, asking the right questions, challenging unclear requirements, and converting them into structured, actionable requirements.

Note: This is an in-person role based in Andheri – Marol, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹419,084.17 - ₹1,531,748.55 per year
