About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle and support the growth of our Architecture & Construction company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, performance management, and maintaining a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a technical and project-based team, including Architects, Interior Designers, Civil/Structural Engineers, BIM Engineers, CAD professionals, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on suitable job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews with management and department heads.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure all required employee documents are collected and updated.
- Explain company policies, rules, working hours, leave policies, and expectations to new employees.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Monitor late coming, absenteeism,
and leave patterns.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and salary-related information.
- Maintain records related to salary revisions, increments, deductions, and incentives.
- Coordinate with management/accounting teams for payroll processing.
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Maintain regular communication with employees and understand workplace concerns.
- Support performance appraisal and employee review processes.
- Track probation periods and coordinate confirmation of employees.
- Assist management in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Help build a professional, positive, and productive workplace culture.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, professional tax, leave, and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
General HR & Administration
- Coordinate employee communications and internal announcements.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee databases.
- Assist management with manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Track employee turnover and identify reasons for attrition.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Handle general HR administration and office coordination as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, BIM, or a similar project-based industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Familiarity with Indian HR practices and statutory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR or attendance software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
