Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty Economics with a strong academic foundation in Economics and Finance. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Behavioural Economics, and be capable of delivering engaging, application-oriented teaching that bridges theoretical concepts with real-world business and economic scenarios. Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Economics. Deliver high-quality instruction in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Behavioural Economics. Integrate practical applications, case studies, and current economic trends into classroom teaching. Develop lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and evaluation methods. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, research, and career development. Contribute to curriculum design, revision, and continuous academic improvement. Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making among students. Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, accreditation activities, and other academic initiatives. Undertake research, publish in reputed journals,



and contribute to the university's research ecosystem. Eligibility Criteria Master's degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Finance, or a related discipline & Ph.D. in Economics or a relevant field is preferred. Candidates should meet the applicable UGC/AICTE norms, wherever applicable. Experience 3–10 years of teaching, research, or industry experience in Economics or Finance. Experience teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate students is preferred. Candidates with research publications and curriculum development experience will have an added advantage. Required Skills Solid conceptual knowledge of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Behavioural Economics. Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to deliver interactive and application-oriented classroom sessions. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to mentor students and collaborate effectively with faculty members.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
