Dispatch Executive – Job Profile

Position: Dispatch Executive
Department: Dispatch / Logistics
Industry: Printing & Packaging

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day dispatch activities and coordinate timely delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, dispatch documents and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with production, stores, sales and accounts teams for dispatch planning.
- Verify quantity, product details, packaging and customer requirements before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers and courier/logistics partners.
- Track dispatched material and maintain delivery status records.
- Ensure proper loading, documentation and safe handling of finished goods.
- Maintain dispatch registers, ERP entries and stock/dispatch records.
- Follow up with transporters for delivery confirmation and POD (Proof of Delivery).
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all dispatch-related documents.
- Support stock reconciliation and resolve dispatch-related discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of dispatch, logistics and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel and email communication.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Experience in the printing/packaging industry will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP-based dispatch processes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,129.17 - ₹34,547.13 per month
