Urban Hungry Media is looking for a Design Team Lead who can lead the design team while also being hands-on with creative execution across digital, branding and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and mentor the design team
- Allocate work, review designs and ensure timely delivery
- Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads and campaigns
- Develop branding, packaging, marketing and campaign assets
- Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
- Handle multiple projects and manage deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, AI tools and emerging formats
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout & composition
- Experience creating social media & performance marketing creatives
- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

We’re looking for someone who can lead the team, take ownership and maintain both speed and quality in a fast-paced agency environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
